We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Plenna strives to be compliant with data protection regulations across jurisdictions, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and follows the strictest applicable standards globally.

We collect minimal personal data. If you complete the Plenna Die Well Questionnaire, your email address serves as a unique identifier for the purposes of delivering your results and enabling follow-up related to your use of the questionnaire.

What We Collect and Why

When registering for updates, you will have the opportunity to opt in to receive communications related to associated initiatives, including:

  • The Punctuation of Loss (book and blog);
  • Brussels ‘Loss cafés’ and related events;
  • A Quaker network focused on aging, death, and loss.

These communications are optional and based on your explicit consent. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

We store your email address securely after you register with Plenna. If you complete the Die Well Questionnaire, this enables us to:

  • Send you your personalized Die Well score and associated advice report in PDF format;
  • Invite you to retake the questionnaire after six months and track your progress (with a reminder at three months);
  • Share occasional updates about Plenna’s work.

When you complete the Die Well Questionnaire, the data we hold on you is visible via your “My Account” page. We will never share your email address with any third party without your explicit consent.

You can modify your settings or delete your email address from Plenna’s database at any time.

Use of Anonymous Data

All questionnaire responses and demographic data will be retained in anonymized form for research, statistical analysis, and advocacy. Once anonymized, the data cannot be traced back to you and will be used only to support Plenna’s mission.
