Drawing from its work since 2023, Plenna is pleased to share its Death Literacy Wheel to help individuals review their preparedness for death and dying.

It is a unique and holistic tool that is designed for use wherever you live in the world.  It presents six connected domains, each with four checks: Administration, Digital, Emotional, Financial, Medical and Relational.

The Wheel helps you recognize what is already in place, identify gaps and consider practical next steps. Use it on your own or as a starting point for conversations with people you trust, and revisit it as circumstances change.

The Wheel is designed to be a standalone checklist, but its full potential is unlocked through guided conversations.  For those seeking deeper, personalized guidance, independent commercial sessions are available directly through its designer, David Sunderland, who also serves as Plenna’s Chair.

The Wheel is a resource for reflection and discussion, not a validated assessment or a substitute for legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. Relevant requirements and options vary by country and individual circumstances; seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

Personal, educational and public non-commercial use and sharing are permitted with attribution to www.plenna.org.  For commercial use, including paid facilitation or training, or incorporation into commercial products or services, please contact Plenna to agree permission in advance. Plenna also welcomes feedback and exchanges to discuss partnership.
